Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. informed about changes in in composition of the Board of Directors.
"Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that on February 18, 2010 the Board of Directors approved Mr. Carlos Caba - Senior Officer of ACE S.A., as Director of the Company to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Arkadiusz Podziewski (Current Report 23/2009) until the next General Meeting in accordance with art. 7 of the articles of association of the Company and art. 6 of the Regulations of the Board.
The Board in accordance with art. 8.1 of the articles of association of the Company and art. 38 of the Regulations of the Board appointed Mr. Marek Adamiak, Director A, as Chairman of the Board. The Board in accordance with article 13 of the articles of association of the Company and with art. 38 of the Regulations of the Board also appointed Mr. Marek Adamiak as member of the Audit Committee which mandate will expire at the next shareholders meeting."
