In connection to the current report No. 3/2011 of January 4th, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has placed today a free offer to purchase:
- assets of enterprise SaarGummi GmbH in bankruptcy in Germany,
- assets of enterprise SaarGummi Deutschland in bankruptcy,
- shares in subsidiaries of SaarGummi GmbH,
- participations titles by SaarGummi GmbH in joint-ventures with third parties or other common projects of SaarGummi GmbH with third parties in Europe and in the world.
SaarGummi Group is the leading in Europe and key in the global scale producer of highly technological, mobile and static vehicles seal systems.
Groups products have been applicable also out of automotive branch, among others in modern building industry and in aeronautics.
SaarGummi Groups products are, among others,:
- completed windows and vehicles doors seal systems,
- completed seal systems of bonnets, luggage compartments, sliding roofs and other rubber vehicles elements,
- outer sealing of modern buildings and structures,
- rubber sealing profiles for building industry,
- rubber solutions for special applications, e.i. air-aviation technologies,
- shock absorptions systems.
SaarGummi has owned unique reserves in development and research, production of rubber forming structures tools as well as quite a few patented and modern rubber automotive technologies solutions, which can meet requirements of key models premium class cars of the largest global motorization concerns being the Group’s customers.
The Group has owned 12 production sites, including 3 joint-ventures, in: Germany, Brazil, Czech Republic, Spain, United States, China, India, Russia and in Slovakia.
Potential purchase of SaarGummi will bring a synergy effect in connection with the 2010 acquisition of Maflow Group companies by Boryszew S.A.
