The Company wishes to express its appreciation of the manner in which trade unions and workers have acted, including their understanding and support of the commitment and significance of the Fiat Group Automobiles initiative to offer a future for the Giambattista Vico plant in Pomigliano.
Fiat accepts that it is impossible to find common ground with those parties that are blocking plans for the relaunch of Pomigliano whose arguments, in its view, are merely a pretext.
The Company will work with those trade union organizations that have accepted the agreement to jointly identify and implement the conditions necessary for the realization of future projects.
