The European Commission has received an application for permission to a concentration - General Motors Europe Holdings S.L. (GMEH) is planning to acquire all the shares in Ispol Holding B.V. a Dutch company. Ispol Holding is a joint venture owned by GMEH (60%) and Isuzu Motors (40%).
Ispol is the sole shareholder in the factory operated by Isuzu Motors Polska. In 2012, the Tychy factory made 150 thousand diesel engines.
