On 17 Dec. 2011, Italmetal Sp. z o.o. was given a green light for locating its operations within the area of the Jelcz-Laskowice Subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The company will produce metal products and their parts. Italmetal has committed itself to investing at least PLN 35 million and creating at least 15 jobs. The company plans to complete the project by 31 December 2014 at the latest.
