The Board of Directors of STOMIL SANOK S.A. wish to inform that the Company submitted a conditional binding offer for 100% of shares of Kaufil Sealing Technologies S.A. Kaufil Group is a major European supplier of body sealing systems for passenger cars with focus on long runner segment. The Automotive Division of STOMIL SANOK S.A. is also active in this market segment which is offering significant growth opportunities. Kaufil Group has its production operations in Spain (in three locations) and two locations in Morocco as well as jvs in Russia and India. The consolidated turnover of the Kaufil Group in 2010 amounted to 90 mln euro.
