The Management Board of Stomil Sanok S.A. informed that as of 1 October 2014 the subsidiary Stomil Sanok DE GmbH took over Draftex Automotive GmbH company in bankruptcy. The transfer of property rights to the assets of Draftex Automotive GmbH to the company Stomil Sanok DE GmbH will effect upon the payment to the Liquidator/Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Draftex Automotive GmbH in bankruptcy and the supplier of sealing systems for passenger car bodies, mainly for premium cars, with strong concentration on the niche segment of convertible/coupé cars. The Draftex incomes in 2013 amounted to ca. EUR 40 m. The main customers of the company are German car manufacturers.
