Last year, the number of vehicles that rolled off the assembly lines of General Motors Manufacturing Poland (GMMP)’s plant in Gliwice was up by 64.6 percent compared to 2009, but down by 7.5 percent against the figure for the record year 2008.
In 2010, GMMP made more than 158.7k vehicles. These included predominantly Astra IV’s, which accounted for 76.1 percent of the vehicles assembled at the Gliwice plant last year.
