The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. has announced the registration, on 7 March, of a company called Maflow India Private Limited in Pune Maharashtra, India.
The company manufactures air-conditioning pipes supplied to Indian vehicle manufacturers.
By acquiring the plant in India, Boryszew expects to strengthen its position on the fast-growing markets of the BRIC countries, i.e. Brazil, Russia, India and China.
