BOS continues to expand its international development activities. At the new BOS Innovation and Technology Center in Katowice, product development, customer quality, simulation, IT and regulatory affairs will be established as a first step.

By the end of the year, 70 new jobs will be created.

Katowice, located in the center of Silesia, is one of the fastest developing cities in Poland, which has a number of highlights to offer and in whose cityscape tradition meets modernity. So is BOS. This product range and continuity offers BOS employees long-term prospects and good development opportunities and will also be the case at the Katowice site. A partnership cooperation with the scientific faculties of the universities in Katowice is aspired by BOS and would mean a win-win situation for the region and BOS.

BOS got off to a good start in 2021 thanks to the professional guidance and support of long-time local engineering partner Endego (formerly CADM). Endego's local market expertise and internal resources were key to its success. A further expansion of the BOS Innovation and Technology Center is already planned for 2022
