Last week the period for submitting bids for the purchase of Maflow Poland in Tychy ended.
A tender was announced by the bankruptcy trustee - the value of the company assets was assessed at not less than PLN 208mln.
The tender scheduled for the 8th of April 2010 did not take place for the lack of any bid.
Maflow Poland has acted in Poland since 1998. At the end of June 2009 the bankruptcy of its mother company, Maflow SpA (Italy) was announced.
The supplier keeps on carrying out its production activity in Tychy and Chełmek manufacturing break pipes, air-conditioning tubes, servo steering and suspension.
