On 14 June 2010 The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has given the green light to the planned take-over of tedrive Poland in Praszka by US group Neapco.tedrive is a supplier of, for example, drive axles, suspension springs, and casts. Its customers include factories of Ford, GM, BMW, Volvo and Fiat.
No details of the value of the deal or its closing date are available.
