The fourth auction to sell the assets of Plastal Poland, a supplier of plastic equipment parts for vehicles, has been scheduled for 15 April 2010.
The previous three auctions were unsuccessful, as they did not attract any bidders.
The value of Plastal’s assets was estimated at nearly PLN 131.7m. The value in the fourth auction is PLN 125m.
The supplier has two other manufacturing facilities, in Swarzędz and Poznań. Plastal is a manufacturer of components for car makers such as Fiat, VW, BMW and Opel. In 2009, the company filed for bankruptcy.
