Specific details
Our company is equipped with a modern and versatile machinery park, enabling the production of elastomeric products with complex geometries using advanced injection moulding technology. The machinery park includes several horizontal and vertical injection moulding machines from renowned European manufacturers. Additional machine equipment for process automation allows us to produce even the most demanding rubber components.
Processing operations are carried out using advanced technologies such as cryogenic deflashing, air deflashing, thermal stabilization, cutting, die-cutting, and automatic visual inspection, supported by a fully automated information system. This ensures maximum precision and production efficiency, along with excellent quality, achieved through state-of-the-art technology, high-performance tools, and advanced equipment.
We provide our clients with end-to-end solutions for manufacturing elastomeric seals, starting from product design consulting, material selection, prototype development, and production technology, all the way to preparing tools for serial production.
POL-TECHNOLOGY offers a full range of rubber compounds for various applications, including NBR, HNBR, VMQ, FVMQ, EPDM, ACM, ECO, FKM, AEM, CR, FFKM, and more.
