Machinery park
Fully automatic production lines for:
- zinc plating using the hanging and the barrel method
- ZnNi alloy plating using the hanging method
- noble coatings (silver, nickel, copper, tin) using the barrel method
- chromium plating of ABS and ABS/PC materials, including chromium plating of two-component injections
Service and production offer
- Zinc and Zinc-Nickel alloy plating with a finish compatible with the customer's expectations, for example passivation: thick and medium-layer without CrVI, transparent, blue, black; organic, inorganic seals, waxes; high corrosion resistance.
- Silver plating, Copper plating, Nickel plating, Tinning: multilayer coatings: CuAg, CuSn, CuNi, NiAg, NiSn, NiCu.
- Chrome plating of ABS, ABS / PC, three-layer Ni-Cu-NI-Cr coatings, various shades of colors: glossy, satin, pearl satin (3Q7, silver shadow).
- Vibration-abrasive treatment: mechanical surface finishing.
