Description
We are Polish, family production company based on many years of experience of two owners in production of plastic components mainly for Automotive, Electrotechnical Industry, Medical and White Goods Industry. We employ a qualified group of specialists who strongly support the organizational structure.
Specific details
We have injection machines with a tonnage of 50t-550t, additionally equipped with assembly devices and ultrasonic welding technology. Processes are also handled by 4 and 6 axis robots. The management system is based on its own fully integrated ERP system, which records the flow of processes using barcodes from material incoming to the shipment of the finished product to the customer, while maintaining a unified traceability code for narrow time ranges from each piece to each package.
We offer injection of plastic elements in 1K technology and overmoulding with additional assembly with metal elements, tapes, foams and other componets. These are various types of exterior, interior and functional elements made of a wide range of granulates. We also have a tool shop and build injection molds ourselves or order from qualified suppliers. We are IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified for design and production of plastic parts.
