ISRINGHAUSEN have plants in 21 countries and sales and distribution network. The Polish Plant in Zimna Wodka, founded in 2021, produces seats for commercial vehicles.
Specific details
ISRINGHAUSEN Poland has a production and warehouse hall witch social and office facilities. The building meets the highest technical and legal requirements for storage and production. Modern seat production assembly lines are based on the digitization of processes, integration of production and control tools (e.g. electronic testers, assembly tools with parameters saved in the cloud) to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of processes based on the principles of industry 4.0.
The plant has measurement room, and in the case of design, analysis and implementation of new products into production, uses the centrally located in ISRINGHAUSEN HQ development and implementation departments.
ISRINGHAUSEN Poland, with the support of the technical headquarters, performs tasks in the field of seat production, from the design stage to the implementation in serial production in the JIS, JIT delivery system and according to customer specifications.
