Zakłady Metalowe Postęp is a high-volume manufacturer of metal products and a supplier to major automotive companies (OEM, TIER 1, and TIER 2), as well as other industrial sectors in Poland, Europe, and worldwide.
We specialise in the production of automotive body structure components, car seat frame elements, exhaust system components, suspension systems, heat exchanger elements, including air conditioning systems for the automotive industry such as HVAC, as well as DC motor parts.
We produce a wide range of components made from pipes, sheets, and steel and aluminium strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 5 mm.
We are part of the LUMA Automation group.

The offer of Zakłady Metalowe POSTĘP includes the production of metal components in three main segments: metal stamping, tube processing, and assembly systems.
We utilize techniques such as gas-shielded welding with robots, resistance and projection welding, spot welding, riveting, and cold working of metals.
In the metal stamping process, we employ mechanical eccentric presses (e.g., Helmerding 1000T press) as well as hydraulic presses. Processing includes bending, laser cutting, stamping, forming, welding, spot welding, riveting, and press-fitting.
