Referring to the current report no 5/2011 of January 18th, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has got on January 19 information on acceptance of a free offer for purchase of SaarGummi and being qualified for the second step of procedure.
SaarGummi has owned 12 production sites, including 3 joint-ventures, in: Germany, Brazil, Czech Republic, Spain, United States, China, India, Russia and in Slovakia.
