In his speech, Mr. Tachihara said: "I would like to thank all our stakeholders in the Czech Republic, including the government, local communities, our dealers, our suppliers, our employees, and last but certainly not least our customers for their strong support in leading us to this day. By bringing together all the continuous support and cooperation from our parent companies, TPCA aims to continue producing ever-better cars and contributing to the Czech Republic economy and to the Kolín region."
The two-millionth car, a Peugeot 107, was presented to Mr. Rakusan as an expression of TPCA's gratitude to the Czech community for its significant support.
