On 19 May 2010 Gliwice District Court changed the procedure for bankruptcy proceedings against PLASTAL Sp. z o.o. from bankruptcy proceedings with liquidation to composition-with-creditors proceedings.
As a result, the company’s assets will not be put up for sale and the company itself will not be put into liquidation. Also, the composition proceedings allow the company to make investments and stay in the marketplace, which opens the way for the company to get new projects.
