On Monday, Pilkington’s factory in Sandomierz resumed production of windscreens.
Stocks of windscreens not dispatched from the factory before the flood as well as newly produced windscreens are now being transported from the factory surrounded by water by means of rented helicopters and then, by road, to the company’s customers, including Fiat Auto Poland.
