MLP Group, a developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has delivered additional space to existing tenants this year - a total of almost 3,720 m2 released to tenants at the MLP Tychy and MLP Pruszków I developments.
MLP Group has delivered space to five tenants, incuding two automotive suppliers:
- BOS Automotive Products Polska Sp. z o.o. took delivery of 2,700 m2 of additional space at MLP Tychy, which it will use for production of automotive accessories. The total area leased by BOS Automotive Products Polska at MLP Tychy is now 6,500 m2. The lease for the new space was signed for 5 years.
- Kongsberg Automotive Poland Sp. z o.o. took delivery of 382 m2 of office and warehouse space at MLP Pruszków I, where it now occupies a total of over 12,200 m2. The company uses the space for operations involving production of components installed in a majority of vehicles around the world. Kongsberg was one of the first tenants at MLP Pruszków I, starting in 2000.
