S&T Daewoo is the next automotive company to lease space in Tulipan Park Gliwice. Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, represented the developer SEGRO in the transaction. S&T Daewoo, an auto parts manufacturer, will occupy 3,092 sq.m of warehouse space and 278 sq.m of office space in Tulipan Park Gliwice, currently being extended. The next phase of the investment is scheduled for completion in August 2011.
“Apart from S&T Daewoo the tenants in the park include: Auto Partner, auto parts importer and distributor, TRW Braking Systems Polska, a brake system manufacturer and a French company Plastic Omnium. supplier of interior and exterior plastic components in the automotive market. Tulipan Park Gliwice is an excellent destination for automotive companies, looking both for modern industrial and office space” – said Marek Skrzydlak, a negotiator from Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the developer in the transaction.
