The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has approved the acquisition, by Magna International, of control of seven companies within the BDW group, including two in Poland. As a result of the concentration, Magna International will purchase
- Technology Markt Schwaben, BDW Technology Soest, BDW Immo Finance and BDW Immo Soest (Germany),
- Nowoczesne Technologie Produkcji and NTP Real Estate (Poland)
- BDW Technology Hungary
Based on an antitrust procedure, the President of the Office found that the transaction would not limit competition significantly.
